That we try and box God
Embellished in ornate frames
Adorn Religion in ostentatiousness
With Dos and Don’ts
Then we Mirror it
In hues that suit us…

Just so Man and Man are hooded
And bonded and cannot be free
Just so
Man is not encoraged to find God in his freedom
Sans fear,
Sans the boxed in, framed up, bondage…

The Politics of Religion
Is the politics of bondage
To a thought process
Away from God
Paying Homage
To the Narcism of Man
In the name of Religion …
